We had a fun night of painting at Brush & Barrel in Coralville. Our instructor, Megan, led us through Van Gogh’s Starry Night with excellent step-by-step directions – we were all a bit nervous at first, but once we got going, it turned out to be much easier than we initially thought! We also enjoyed a glass or two of wine and some delicious snacks while we painted. At the end, we all agreed that the best part of the painting process was seeing how every person’s interpretation of Starry Night translated into a unique version of the painting. This was our first experience at the new studio, and it certainly won’t be our last!

Everyone had a great time at tonight's Entertainment Club, where we met up at Home Ec to sew our very own messenger bags!  Who knew IMP members were so talented?  Thanks to Entertainment Club Chair Emily Miska for organizing!!
