We had a fun night of painting at Brush & Barrel in Coralville. Our instructor, Megan, led us through Van Gogh’s Starry Night with excellent step-by-step directions – we were all a bit nervous at first, but once we got going, it turned out to be much easier than we initially thought! We also enjoyed a glass or two of wine and some delicious snacks while we painted. At the end, we all agreed that the best part of the painting process was seeing how every person’s interpretation of Starry Night translated into a unique version of the painting. This was our first experience at the new studio, and it certainly won’t be our last!

We had a great time at this year's Iowa Medical Partners Halloween Party!  All the kids enjoyed yummy treats, donut decorating, pumpking bowling, and pizza!  A special thanks to our Children's Activities chairs -- Jennifer Ring and Corrinne Gore -- for organizing a great event, as well as to Ali Jones for taking awesome pictures of everyone in costume!  Happy Halloween and be safe trick-or-treating!
